Job Description
This Sr. Inventory Analyst uses large supply chain datasets to drive inventory and planning decisions, leveraging tools like Advanced Inventory Management (AIM) to run scenarios, optimize safety stock, and balance service, cost, and efficiency. They own the full process from data inputs through analysis and recommendations, while supporting inventory projections, reporting, and cross-functional alignment across supply, demand, and commercial teams. Strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills are essential.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years experience within Inventory optimization or Inventory planning
Experience supporting S&OP or IBP cycles
Advanced Excel skills (Modeling, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas)
Experienced in creating inventory projection models and tracking dashboards utilizing PowerBI & Excel
Experience using SAP R3 (order management) and SAP APO (supply planning)
Strong presentation skills to leadership/stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior Kenvue or J&J experience OR supply chain experience within the CPG industry
Experience with safety stock optimization
