Insight Global is hiring a hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Master to support data‑driven commercial operations for a global consumer healthcare organization. This role focuses on improving retail execution by managing workflows tied to product availability, sales performance, and inventory insights. The PM/Scrum Master will help translate complex data into clear presentations, track KPI value across sales and retail activities, maintain a healthy backlog, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and ensure the team delivers high‑quality outputs at a predictable cadence. Success in this role requires strong communication, comfort with data‑centric products, and the ability to keep cross‑functional teams aligned and moving. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence three days weekly in Bangalore, India.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Project Management experience within technology or data-focused initiatives
Proven experience leading scrum teams in an agile environment
Understanding of data and AI solution delivery
Proficiency with Jira and/or Asana for backlog, sprint, and task management
Strong ability to track and communicate commercial KPIs (sales, inventory, retail performance)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background supporting commercial, CPG, or retail data programs
Experience within consumer healthcare or global enterprise environments
Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
