Insight Global is looking for an Operations Excellence Lead to the join the Finance organization of a global consumer healthcare organization. This individual will be responsible for driving process improvements and technology implementations, partnering closing with the finance operations and technology and data cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will identify risks for implementations or migrations along with maintain a RAID log for relative programs and work streams. They will be a strategic partner to the business and manage projects according to the priorities of the organization and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit or financial operations within a global or shared services environment along with experiencing owning transformations, optimizations, or implementations for new technologies or processes.
