Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a largescale integration for a global consumer client. This role supports a strategic initiative to streamline procurement operations by integrating SAP Fieldglass directly with SAP OneS4, eliminating the need for SAP Ariba in the workflow. The Technical Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, IT architects, Fieldglass specialists, and middleware developers. Daily responsibilities include gathering and refining business requirements, converting them into actionable technical deliverables, managing timelines and dependencies, coordinating testing and validation, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. The TPM will also partner with other project and program managers to align on broader transformation goals and ensure successful go-live and adoption across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Understanding of procurement workflows and contingent workforce management.
Experience with middleware tools and ERP-vendor system integrations.
Exposure to SAP Ariba, especially in decommissioning or migration projects.
Background in change management and enterprise platform adoption.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations.
Proven leadership in SAP Fieldglass implementations, ideally integrated with SAP OneS4.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional project and program managers.
Excellent stakeholder communication and influence across business and IT.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
