Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Data Tech Lead for a global consumer healthcare client. As the Tech Lead, you’ll oversee the delivery of the data foundation while guiding and supporting Data Engineers and Modelers. You will design and document technical architectures, review code and data models, and ensure best practices are followed across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers. While not hands-on day to day, you’ll stay close enough to the work to unblock the team and ensure technical decisions align with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics delivery roles
Proven experience leading data teams on enterprise-scale initiatives
Strong understanding of end-to-end data architecture and project lifecycles
Experience reviewing code, designing technical flows, and guiding best practices
Background supporting CPG, retail, or consumer-focused data programs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or modern lakehouse platforms
Prior ownership of BI migrations or enterprise semantic models
Experience working with commercial, supply chain, and finance stakeholders
