Insight Global is hiring a CPG Product Owner to support a global consumer healthcare client. In this role, you will manage the backlog to align sprint priorities with the overall release roadmap, lead story refinement and estimation, and balance backlog prioritization to optimize investment and value. You will identify resource gaps, educate business partners on new features, and design team processes for operational efficiency. Additionally, you will manage external dependencies, create/analyze data visualizations from retail performance and other large data sets, and communicate insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with data scientists and SMEs to assess predictive algorithms, identify patterns, and recommend solutions to enhance predictive modeling for product shelf availability and customer execution.

5+ years' experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience in the retail/consumer packaged goods (CPG) space, including category management, shopper insights, retail and/or eCommerce
Proven ability to manage product backlogs and design processes to ensure operation efficiencies for develop and run activity
Great communication skills
Experience working on data projects and a deep understanding of data algorithms, data science and AI
Scrum Master Certification
Experience with Power BI or Tableau for sales data visualization for a consumer product
Programming experience with R, SQL, python
