Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join the Operations Transformation Office of a large consumer healthcare organization. The Change Management Consultant will be leading and execution change management and communications for various programs and workstreams aligned to transformation efforts within a large operations organization. They will be partnering with key leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and readiness across key initiatives by leading organization change strategies and creating clear, high0impact communication plans. This role will have communication engagement responsibilities with key leaders and executives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and change management skills with creative skills for developing communication assets for all levels of audiences.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years experience in Change Management, Communications, and Project Management
- Experience supporting executive level programs and communication
- Experience with development of communication assets
- Experience leading end to end change management initiatives
