Afterschool Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Part-Time or Full-Time | Springfield, NJ | In-Person

We are partnering with a neurodiversity-affirming private practice in Springfield, NJ to hire an Afterschool Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role focuses on pediatric clients and offers a flexible afterschool schedule in a collaborative, well-equipped clinical environment.
This opportunity is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows seeking strong mentorship and a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions (primarily in-person; teletherapy may be available)
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover and progress
Participate in team collaboration and clinical discussions

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New Jersey SLP license and CCC-SLP, or CF-eligible
Pediatric experience preferred (open to new grads/CFs)
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care
