A large medical device manufacturing company is seeking an IT Service Delivery Administrator to join their team and work out of South Plainfield, NJ 3 days a week. This individual will be providing in person support to employees of that location as well as assisting other locations with technical resolution remotely. One will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of peripherals, desktop hardware and software, data communication networks and related infrastructure. In this position you will work independently at times and be a key stakeholder representing IT in supporting business continuous improvement projects while aligning them to IT standards and best practices. This position will be a contract starting 3 days a week onsite but switch to 5 days a week onsite after May 15th.

5-7+ years' experience in a technical support/system administrator role
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non technical individuals
Ability to be resourceful, multi-task, and operate independently
Hands on experience installing Windows hardware and software
Good knowledge of IT operating systems and MS applications such as O365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Experience supporting VoIP systems (ideally 3CX)
Experience in DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN's, and wireless networks.
Knowledge in Cisco Meraki, Cisco, UNIFI switches or similar Enterprise level networking
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
Experience in VMWare virtualized environment
Associates or Bachelor's degree in applicable field
