Responsibilities:
* Lead the data analytics team, focusing on Power BI to deliver insightful reports and dashboards.
* Oversee the integration of data from three ERP systems (Syspro, Keen D, and a custom-built ERP based on MySQL) into the data warehouse.
* Ensure 75% of reports are accurately fed into the data warehouse.
* Develop and maintain data orchestration processes using Azure Synapse and other Azure services.
* Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting as needed.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
* Maintain and enhance the data warehouse to support business intelligence and analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience with Power BI.
* At least 3 years of experience with Azure and Excel.
* Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ERP systems.
* Experience with Syspro, Keen D, and MySQL-based ERP systems is a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director of Data Analytics or similar.
* Proven track record of successfully implementing data analytics projects.
Familiarity with data orchestration tools and techniques.
