An employer is seeking a privacy operations specialist, product owner, to support a large consumer pharmacy company. The resource will support the director of Privacy Corporate & Program Operations in the operational implementation of the Global Privacy Framework and Privacy Enabling Technology.
1. Provide primary support for OneTrust to the Privacy Team and key business partners (Q1 to Q4)
a. Support implementation activities including workflow design, importation of historical data, and data clean-up
b. Manage access and change management to webforms and templates
c. Initiate workflows within the system on behalf of Privacy Team (ROPA, PIA, DPIA)
d. Support business facing activities in OneTrust related to Cookies & DSARs
e. Create and maintain dashboards and metrics on assigned modules within OneTrust
2. Support Director in facilitating periodic reviews and updates of Policies & Procedures (Q1 to Q4)
a. Assure documentation of OneTrust is created and aligned to current processes
b. Maintain list of cross functional documentation in a central resource hub to assure consistency of use of the application and the various modules
c. Identify and create job aids to assist users in navigating and using the system
3. Assist in other operational tasks to support the overall privacy framework (including, but not limited to):
a. Collecting and documenting training activities
b. Support audits, testing, and monitoring activities
c. Support new regulatory implementations
- BS degree plus 4-years experience in a regulated industry required
- Project Management experience required
- MS SharePoint site design experience required
- Proficient in visualizing data analytics
