Job Description

The ServiceNow Design & Process Administrator will act as Business Application Owner for various business tools & applications. This includes, but not limited to, end-to-end management of ServiceNow, SAP, AGILE, Tableau and other Data Warehouse applications.

This role enables Business Operations by ensuring that applications are highly available to End User community with right level of access to required features and functionalities. This will require working cross-functionally with various internal and external teams including Managed Services Vendors.

This individual works closely with senior management to understand business strategy and define future vision for tools & applications. It will require constantly evaluating current tools set and make recommendations for future. This individual will also be responsible for managing vendor relationship and contract management with vendor(s).

Manage day-to-day administration tasks internally and monitor & manage complex activities by Managed Services Vendor that includes platform maintenance and upgrades
Own entire life cycle of enhancements of existing functionality from End User Request to deployment that will involve business requirements, design, development, and user acceptance testing phases
Lead projects and programs for new functionalities from project charter to Go-Live including project planning, execution that includes vendor management, financials, and risk management
Ensure support of all End Users request tickets for break/fix
Provide strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow to align with and enable business vision
Create SOPs and other documentation for operational management of tools but also create guides for End Users using of the tools
Manage projects and programs related to all Business Applications & Tools
Negotiate support contracts with vendor(s)

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ Years of demonstrated track record of leading Application Development projects and programs from concept to deployment
Experience creating design documents from Business Requirements that include workflows, portal design elements, notifications triggers and SLAs
Highly skilled in reviewing as well as generating SOPs
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including SharePoint
SQL experience
2 years experience of ServiceNow platform administration
2 years' experience of ServiceNow workflow design and implementation
3 Years experience in Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation
