Job Description:
We're seeking a Service Desk Technician to support a company-wide Outlook migration, moving our entire organization from an on-premises Exchange environment to Office 365. With 300+ users, you'll be the frontline expert, handling incoming calls, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for employees during the migration process.
Assist with Outlook migrations, ensuring successful transitions for every mailbox in the company.
Address and troubleshoot user issues related to the migration, including configuration and accessibility concerns.
Respond promptly to support tickets and incoming calls from employees experiencing migration-related issues.
Work closely with IT teams to resolve complex problems efficiently.
Document solutions and maintain updated knowledge base resources.
Adapt quickly and think on your feet to resolve unexpected challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in in-person technical supportstrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Exchange and Office 365 administration.
Hands on experience with an email migration from on prem to cloud
Ability to troubleshoot Outlook and email-related issues effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-call-volume environments.
