Insight Global seeking a technically skilled Training Content Developer / Instructional Designer to support the localization of eLearning content into French Canadian. This role focuses on adapting existing English-language training materialsprimarily built in Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Synthesiafor multilingual audiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with translation vendors and internal teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and culturally appropriate content delivery.

- Proven experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Synthesia.
- Strong understanding of localization workflows and translation processes.
- Experience working with translation vendors and managing multilingual content.
- Technically savvy with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with LMS publishing and content validation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple courses (up to 150) and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
- No language fluency requiredvendors handle translationsbut understanding of multilingual content development is essential.
