Job Description

-Participate in internal, external, and customer audits to ensure compliance with industry and client requirements.

- Support the training and performance monitoring of Level I and Level II NDT inspectors through on-the-job and technical instruction.

- Conduct Level I and Level II audits to verify product conformity and process understanding, including coverage during off-shifts as needed

- Ensure that NDT processes and inspections consistently meet product specifications and quality standards.

- Perform daily system checks within the assigned department to confirm operational readiness.

- Oversee equipment availability and coordinate maintenance of tools, fixtures, and instruments.

- Assist the primary Level III in developing and maintaining procedures and processes that align with industry regulations and customer requirements.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records for assigned NDT methods.

- Interpret specifications and blueprints under the guidance of the primary Level III.

- Complete Secondary Level III training as outlined by the Quality Manager and Level III.

- Provide production support by performing Level I and Level II duties when required.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience as an NDT or Penetrant Testing Technician

Fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) experience

NAS 410 or ASNT Certified
