Job Description
We are seeking hands‑on SAP S/4HANA Testing Analysts to support a large‑scale, global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is focused on manual test script creation, dry runs, execution support, and knowledge transfer, not project management.
The Testing Analyst will work closely with process design teams, project SMEs, and business users to translate Global Template / To‑Be process designs into executable S/4HANA test scripts and ensure successful testing across multiple deployment waves.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Design & Script Development
Review Global Template / To‑Be process designs and end‑to‑end process flows for SAP S/4HANA.
Translate process designs into detailed, step‑by‑step manual test scripts aligned to S/4HANA transactions.
Define:
Test scenarios
Required test data
Expected results
Personas and security roles needed for execution
Build test scripts within JIRA (or aligned test management tooling).
SAP S/4HANA Testing Execution
Perform dry runs of test scripts directly in SAP S/4HANA using the appropriate persona and security roles.
Validate that test scripts execute successfully and accurately reflect the intended business process.
Identify defects, gaps, or process issues and work with SMEs and project teams to resolve them.
Support manual test execution; automation will be handled by a separate team after script validation.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing
Functional experience in either PLAN or SOURCE processes within S/4HANA
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA transactions related to:
Materials Management
Production Planning
Proven ability to write detailed manual test scripts
Experience documenting and managing test scripts in JIRA
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting global SAP rollouts or wave‑based deployments
Experience working closely with business users new to SAP S/4HANA
Familiarity with downstream test automation processes (execution handled by another team)
