Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Writer to join an End User Service IT team for a Fortune 50 Life Sciences and Manufacturing company. This global, cloud-platform team supports digital signature modernization, GxP SaaS releases, and GenAI services in a regulated environment, and they are responsible for integrating advanced solutions, automating instances, and accelerating security and compliance. They are seeking this Technical Writer to support a large-scale regulated system to prepare for a $23k user divestiture, with focus on developing and maintaining GxP-compliant SDLC documentation, SOPs, and work instructions, and they will be partnering with technical and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory readiness and audit compliance. They will be simplifying processes, adjusting for best practices, and copying materials to maintain a streamlined documentation, knowledge, and content pool. In order to be successful, this person will come from a technical background in order to support the systems engineering work, have experience in a global environment, and be confident in complex, enterprise systems. This team is EU and EST based, so they will preferably work EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of technical writing experience on an enterprise, global IT team focused on SaaS solutions and GxP regulated environments
Previous experience in a large-scale divestiture and/or system migration
Ability to modify, simplify, and rewrite J&J templates to meet accuracy, traceability, and compliance standards
Previous experience proactively and cross-functionally working with system engineers, quality, and compliance leaders.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background or experience as a Junior Systems Engineer or in a technical systems role.
