Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager with proven experience leading large-scale separations/divestitures and multi domain enterprise integration in complex, regulated environments. This leader will drive an integrated program spanning SAP ERP, applications, data, infrastructure, security, and business process domains—consolidating several systems under one operating model while preserving stability, compliance, and business continuity.
He/she will orchestrate end to end program management: building and executing the integrated master plan, defining key deliverables and interdependencies, running governance, managing risk & issues, and holding cross functional teams accountable. They will coach workstream leads, ensure operational excellence, and deliver high quality executive ready PowerPoint materials that clearly communicate progress, decisions, and impacts.
• Program Strategy & Structure
o Define and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all domains: SAP ERP, applications, data, infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity/identity, GxP/quality, supply chain, finance, commercial, and HR.
o Enforce a single company code operating model (J&J / 1 DPS) across systems and processes post separation.
• Delivery Management
o Drive key deliverables, milestones, and critical path; aggressively manage interdependencies across workstreams and external partners.
o Lead cutover planning, dress rehearsals, and hypercare readiness to minimize business disruption.
o Ensure high quality program documentation: RAID logs, RACI, runbooks, and decision records.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management
o Establish program governance (SteerCo, PMO cadence, decision boards) with precise inputs/outputs and escalation paths.
o Prepare and deliver executive level presentations (status, KPIs, risks, decisions, financials) in PowerPoint; ensure clarity & narrative coherence.
o Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Audit to meet separation controls and data handling requirements.
• Risk, Controls & Quality
o Maintain a rigorous RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) process; implement risk burn down plans.
o Ensure change control, scope management, and readiness criteria are defined and enforced.
o Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across PM practices and delivery teams.
• Leadership & Coaching
o Provide coaching and guidance to project managers and domain leads; promote accountability and transparency.
o Cultivate a self starter, ownership oriented culture with crisp commitments and measurable outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10–15+ years of program management experience in large, complex enterprises; Experience leading divestitures, carve outs, or large separations.
• Demonstrated success consolidating several systems under one operating model across multiple domains (ERP, apps, data, infra, security, business process).
• SAP ERP exposure
• Mastery of program governance, integrated planning, and risk management (RAID, risk matrices, dependencies).
• Strong executive communication and PowerPoint storytelling—able to synthesize complex topics for C suite decisions.
• Proven track record of holding large organizations accountable to milestones and quality gates.
• Self starter with high ownership, able to operate with limited oversight and drive outcomes across multiple vendors and internal teams.
