Job Description
The MDG Data Program Manager / Workstream Lead will own end-to-end mobilization,
delivery, and sustainment of the Master Data Governance (MDG) workstream within J&J’s
TranSCend MedTech digital transformation. This role will drive the global MDG strategy and
execution across SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP),
ensuring high-quality, compliant, and harmonized master data that enables core MedTech
business processes.
You will lead a cross-functional, global team of process owners, data domain leads, solution
architects, data migration leads, and external partners to define and implement MDG
operating models, data standards, controls, and integration patterns at scale.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in large-scale ERP/data transformation with hands-on ownership of SAP
MDG workstreams (design through deployment and sustainment).
Knowledge of JD Edwards version 8.12
• Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA programs and SAP BTP–enabled
integration/extension patterns.
• Proficiency with MDG data models (MDG-M, MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-F), governance
workflows, and change requests.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology; strong executive
communication and decision facilitation.
