Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sensitive Data Assessment Coordinator to join a Fortune 50 Life Sciences and Manufacturing client. The client is undergoing a transformation to improve and elevate cyber security efforts, standards, policies, etc. to provide their stakeholders and end users with a more secure environment. The Records & Information Management team that is hiring lies within IT's ISRM, and they are partnering with the Security Assessment COE to is to complete 800 application security assessments and third party assessments before the end of the year. They will utilize data sources in the Asset Management Database overlaid with the Configuration Management Database to identify areas of evolvement. The Coordinator's goal will be to identify gaps within the assessments, evaluate their existence and appropriateness, to plan and prioritize remediation processes with the COE. They will be tasked with confirming and aligning the two teams on scope and timeline and develop a schedule for the assessment work and identify deficiencies in sensitive assets. In order to do so, they will monitor the progress and status of the assessment improvements and deficiencies for timely delivery. They will also work with a Project Manager and Project Lead on the RIM team to ensure data is refreshed and aligned as new sensitive assets are identified and adjust their plans accordingly. Lastly, they will be responsible for providing leadership with metrics and reporting insights that lead to actionable recommendations for the COE and ISRM stakeholders. In order to be successful, this person will come from an analytical background, ideally in data security, and have extensive experience coordination and organizing programs and their progress. This role will be remote and work EST hours.

Required Skills & Experience

2 years of security project coordination in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with security assessment concepts and an understanding of application infrastructure and platform architecture
Experience interpreting data to create reports and provide remediation recommendations to leadership
Excellent organization and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
