Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to help support one of our large pharmaceutical clients, specifically to support their CAR-T Manufacturing organization. The goal of this candidate will be FMEA, risk and gap assessment for end to end processes related to manufacturing their final therapy. Candidates will discuss with cross functional teams to understand their methods, processes, procedures, identify any corrections or track changes then schedule team meetings/conversations with business owners to finalize all reporting for assessment. The end result will be to identify process steps and potential failures or the likelihood of a failure occurring to mitigate any risk. There are 7-8 total risk assessments currently that needs support. This candidate must feel comfortable and confident in reaching out to SMEs, scheduling focus and or full team sessions to confirm information and updates as needed. Once those corrections are made they must update and reflect changes in reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing
- FMEA/PFMEA experience
- Experience with risk assessments & gap analysis
- Bachelor's Degree
