An enterprise Life Sciences client is seeking a certified Scrum Master with strong enterprise experience supporting large programs to join their Digital Surgery Platform team. On a day to day this candidate will be operating in a high visibility environment, working with stakeholders and business technology leaders from customer segments to deliver a platform that will be used to enable data capture and device management for their medical device organizations. They will be supporting 8 Agile teams built on the same Digital Surgery platform. Moreover, they will hold the responsibility of facilitating teams progress and goals, leading efforts and improvements, supporting the product owner, and promoting agile methodologies, coaching their teams on efficiency, and eliminating product roadblocks. They will be communicating with a global team and should be able to work independently and be a leader on the team.
- 5+ years of Experience as a Scrum Master on a Software Engineering team/group for an Enterprise organization
- Proficient with Agile & Scrum Methodologies
- Jira/Confluence expertise, collaborative team centric Scrum Master approach
- 2+ years of experience within a large program (7+ teams on the release train)
- Experience supporting a regulated environment
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
