PMO Analyst

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team in support of a client-facing workstream within Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This role will provide hands-on support for project management activities, process modeling, and task coordination using tools such as JIRA and SAP Signavio (Business Process Tool). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Assist plan managers and project leads with PMO-related tasks, including tracking deliverables, linking objectives, and managing timelines.
Support the development and modification of process flows using SAP Signavio, in collaboration with client-side stakeholders.
Manage and update JIRA tasks, ensuring alignment with project requirements and milestones.
Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation across multiple workstreams.
Provide analytical support and reporting for project metrics and progress.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the PMO function.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
Familiarity with JIRA and SAP Signavio (process modeling and flow development).
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
PMI certification or equivalent preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
