Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Analyst with strong technical writing experience to support one of our largest pharmaceutical clients within the CART, Lenti, and Cryo manufacturing. They will work closely with the Senior Automation Engineer and team along with the Technology Solutions Lead to support a big backlog for MES batch records. This individual is responsible for using data to inform and improve the performance of the MES product itself, by analyzing user behavior, product performance metrics, and feedback to provide data-driven insights. Once they determine the issues that are arising, they will help write SOPs for implementation
