Loftware Product Owner

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business and technology, translating user needs into actionable requirements and shaping the squad’s backlog to deliver maximum value. You’ll create and manage user stories, use cases, and process flows, ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities while balancing technical feasibility. Staying ahead of development cycles, you’ll define readiness and completion criteria, facilitate sprint and release planning, and communicate vision to developers and testers. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Owner, engineers, and third-party partners to drive solution design, manage compliance and documentation, and optimize delivery efficiency. Additionally, you’ll track progress through metrics, support UAT, and engage in squad ceremonies to synchronize cross-team efforts and maintain a clear roadmap.

• Strong pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain experience, including quality control, logistics, and labeling/printing processes.
• Skilled in gathering business requirements, understanding business processes, managing backlogs, and interacting with stakeholders, customers, and employees on both business and technical sides.
• Enterprise labeling platform experience (specifically Loftware) or ESCO and Enlabel.
• Experience developing systems and tools that enhance customer interaction and collaboration (e.g., digital self-service, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technologies).
• Technical knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and support.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, eLIMS, and system integrations/data flows.
• Proven success leading cross-functional, self-organized teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
