The resource will be supporting our Government Contracting team managing our External Manufacturers . Primary responsibilities will include the following, with opportunity to expand as business needs adjust:
Financial analysis support -- Reports, Business Planning, and Financial cycles
PPV(purchase price variance) Analysis and reconciliation of External Manufacturing report
Invoice reconciliation (Price mismatch, payment delays, price discrepancy, currency discrepancy)
Additional analysis to support External Manufacturing Source Managers with management of EM's
Financial analysis for monthly reporting on Purchase Price Variance
Monthly volume and price management discussions

3-5 years of working experience as a Business/Data Analyst
Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)Â
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to resolve price/payment/invoice issues (procurement, SAP Master Data, External Manufacturers, planning, etc.)
Knowledge of CORE
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical background
