Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Adobe Automation Engineer to join an End User Services Global Cloud Storage team within a Fortune 50 Life Sciences and Manufacturing company. The time zones where the team is primarily located are US EST and EU CET, so the person hired will have previous successes integrating on a global team with excellent proactive communication and collaboration skills. The goal is to identify a candidate who is skilled in automation engineering within a MS suite (Power Platform), utilizing PowerShell and Python to translate desired outcomes into automation roadmaps, task breakdowns, and execution plans. Global Adobe Services are owned by this team, so the expectation is to have a strong background in REST API integrations and Adobe Sign solutions relating to user and license management. Secure practices will require familiarity with ServiceNow, CI/CD, secure secrets handling, and overall ISRM practices and quality governance. In order to be successful, this person will design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions across enterprise platforms, managing the SaaS lifecycle. This person will also be responsible for monitoring and improving production automation, demonstrating operational reliability and providing documentation/knowledge sharing articles to describe contributions to a developer-independent automation environment. Previous experience on an infrastructure architecture team is paramount for success.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years automating Adobe solutions and tasks across enterprise platforms using PowerShell and Python
Previous success as an autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented player on a large, multinational, IT product and services environment
3+ years of experience integrating REST APIs across MS platforms
Experience troubleshooting, performing maintenance, and scaling Adobe automations
Documentation, presentation, and PowerBI dashboard creation experience
Previous experience creating solutions for a highly secure environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SCIM experience
DevOps experience
Experience supporting an enterprise security IT team
Previous experience in a GXP environment
