Merck's Next Generation Operations team is seeking to enhance its forecasting processes by integrating its commercial, financial, and manufacturing systems. The goal is to automate forecasting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across different time horizons. The team aims to streamline the creation of automated presentations and establish a centralized portal for easy access to information within the vaccines division. This individual will help create a comprehensive change plan, with the ability to update and refine it as needed, while also creating a proficient communication strategy to articulate the program's value and engage with internal stakeholders effectively.
