Job Description

The Data Domain Management (DDM) Technical Data Lead is responsible for ensuring data alignment, integrity, and transparency across multiple S/4HANA environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in S/4 data structures, strong analytical capability, and the ability to assess and manage the impact of technical and business changes across systems. The position plays a critical role in identifying, reconciling, and preventing data discrepancies between MedTech and DPS S/4 instances, while partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders to support proactive change management and governance.

Technical Data Oversight
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of S/4HANA data models, tables, and data flows across multiple environments
• Analyze, track, and reconcile data discrepancies between MedTech and DPS S/4 systems
• Investigate root causes of data misalignment and recommend corrective or preventative actions
Change Impact Assessment
• Assess the data impact of technical, configuration, or process changes introduced in the MedTech environment
• Determine whether changes have downstream implications for the DPS system and advise on required actions
• Support documentation and communication of data impact assessments for planned initiatives
Data Analysis & Platform Design
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and inconsistencies across systems
• Contribute to the design, recommendation, or enhancement of a reconciliation or monitoring platform that keeps systems aligned or provides visibility to discrepancies
• Define controls, checks, or metrics to proactively surface data alignment issues
Governance & Cross Functional Coordination
• Partner with IT, Data, and Business teams to understand upcoming changes and data dependencies
• Coordinate with business areas to ensure planned changes are communicated proactively and assessed early
• Support data governance practices to maintain ongoing system integrity and alignment
Project & Delivery Support
• Provide project coordination support for initiatives impacting cross system data alignment
• Track action items, risks, and follow ups related to data discrepancies or change impacts
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working with S/4HANA data models, tables, and technical structures
• Proven ability to analyze and reconcile data across multiple systems or environments
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience assessing data impacts related to system or process changes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis into business insights
