Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Medical Payment Poster to support one of their healthcare clients within their revenue cycle operations. This individual will be responsible for accurately posting payments, adjustments, and denials from insurance carriers and patients into EPIC, ensuring all transactions are reconciled to maintain accurate accounts receivable balances. Responsibilities include reviewing Explanation of Benefits and Electronic Remittance Advices, identifying discrepancies, and escalating or routing issues to appropriate billing or collections teams. The Payment Poster will ensure timely and accurate processing of all cash applications for inpatient, outpatient, and behavioral health services, while maintaining compliance with payer guidelines and internal financial controls. This role will collaborate closely with billing, patient financial services, and AR teams to support timely reimbursement and clean claim processing in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Required Skills & Experience
2–3+ years of experience in medical payment posting / cash posting / revenue cycle
Experience working with EOBs, ERAs, and insurance remittances
Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR/billing systems
Understanding of insurance payers (Medicaid, Medicare, commercial)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
