Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their manufacturing team. This position is a dual-role opportunity combining hands-on mechanical assembly with light testing and inspection of optical and electro-mechanical products. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of mechanical assembly experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where efficiency, quality, and attention to detail are critical.
This role involves assembling optical and electro-mechanical components according to work instructions and CAD drawings, performing basic testing, and supporting manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and work order targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of mechanical assembly experience in either electronics, optics, semiconductor, or small parts
- understanding of how to read CAD drawings
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and soldering skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and manufacturing documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
