Job Description
A leading supplier of automation for manufacturing is looking for an eager Associate Service Engineer. Job responsibilities include:
· Provide telephone based troubleshooting through the Hotline to support customer's in resolving FANUC America or related peripheral equipment operational problems
· Documenting FANUC products and related peripheral equipment performance and failure modes
· Daily reporting to Service Management to update status & availability
· Completion of a Service Report for each customer call
· Return of parts shipped for the service call but not purchased by the customer or defective parts replaced under warranty

Required Skills & Experience
·1+ years of experience with FANUC robots doing troubleshooting and maintenance
·2+ years of experience doing preventative maintenance on FANUC robots, related robots or machines
· Associate's Degree preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic a plus
