As the First Shift (7am-4pm) IT Systems Engineer is going to act as a point of contact for IT issues related to Shop Floor, quality, and engineering technologies. They will assist in creation of dashboards for reporting. They will oversee performing required testing, validation, and change management for system patching and other infrastructure changes. This person must have strong experience in implementing and troubleshooting manufacturing/lab equipment servers, routers, nodes.

5+ years of IT infrastructure.
GMP Experience.
Experience with network troubleshooting including VLAN and routing.
Knowledge of ThinManager or thin clients.
Experience supporting multiple OS environments including windows, specialty software and networking experience.
Pharma experience.
SQL database/programming with Java or Python.
