Job Description
The Facility Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing facility systems at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site to support offices, laboratories, and production. This role ensures HVAC, clean utilities, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems operate within validated parameters and comply with GMP standards. The Facility Engineer performs preventive and predictive maintenance, maintains GMP documentation, and supports Quality Assurance. They assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and facility qualification and validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ. The role supports facility expansion, upgrades, and sustainability initiatives while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. . Continuous improvement is emphasized through reliability enhancements, cost optimization, CAPA, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ year's experience in Facilities Engineering
- Experience working within an GMP regulated environment
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting clean utilities, HVAC, and BMS equipment
- Experience with Quality Assurance including CAPA management, deviations, and change controls
