Insight Global is looking for a Nurse Manager for the Addiction Services unit for one of our healthcare clients in New Jersey. This individual will oversee a team of 35 staff including nurses, CNAs, and unit staff within this unit. They need to have a background within behavioral health in a managerial or supervisory nursing role as well as good people skills with strong empathy for their staff and patients. Looking for a strong accountability, firm and clear messaging leader who knows how to deal with conflict and experience in discipline. This person will be ensuring quality patient care and efficient operations for this unit. Responsibilities include setting goals, managing staff, maintaining records, and collaborating with nursing administration and medical staff. We are looking for someone with high level empathy and passion behind this line of work to serve the community.

2 years of supervisory experience with an active Registered Nurse License
BLS certification basic life support
Bachelors degree or better in Registered Nurse
Psych & Mental Health Nurse experience
