We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and test a modernized Group Insurance Contracts application in Azure and Sharepoint. After this project, they will be moving to the modernization project! The ideal candidate should possess full-stack development skills and be comfortable working across various programming environments including Apigee/Kong, Web, APIs, SharePoint Webparts/Plug-ins, CI/CD pipelines, document composition templates, AWS, and Azure. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure accurate data mapping and successful contract population.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with technology, architecture, product management, and design teams to develop solutions to business challenges
Craft original code for a comprehensive Azure/AWS-based API solution to support contract creation
Implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes; conduct unit, automation, integration, regression, smoke, and functional testing
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as necessary
Support features across all environments and maintain thorough documentation
Address code defects throughout the lifecycle and employ automation testing for scalable development

Strong back-end development skills in .Net, JavaScript, or Python
Front-end development experience in React (preferred) or Angular
Experience building scalable solutions in AWS and/or Azure
Experience with SharePoint, Open Text, and/or Quadient is advantageous
