Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 2 SailPoint IIQ Engineers to join a rapidly growing Cybersecurity team supporting a large-scale identity transformation initiative. These engineers will join an established SailPoint team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's SailPoint IIQ platform while helping prepare for a strategic transition to PingOne AIC. In the near term, the team remains heavily invested in SailPoint IIQ, with several years of roadmap and platform support ahead. The organization is currently onboarding SOX-sensitive applications and continuing to migrate legacy identity management capabilities from platforms such as Tivoli, RSA, and ILM into SailPoint. At the same time, the team is beginning to shift their focus toward building expertise in PingOne AIC and establishing the foundation for future cloud-based identity governance capabilities.
These 2 new engineers will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SailPoint IIQ solutions, including application onboarding, workflow development, provisioning integrations, and governance enhancements. They will work closely with highly technical Identity Engineers and Architects while potentially gaining exposure to PingOne AIC as the organization gradually introduces cloud-based identity capabilities. This is a true engineering role supported by a peer team of dedicated production support resources, allowing engineers to focus on development and platform expansion.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of SailPoint IIQ engineering experience
o Experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.3+
• Ability to work hybrid from Newark, NJ 3x/week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• SailPoint IIQ 8.4
• Accelerated pack familiarity
• Understanding of how to integrate to workflows, rules, etc. in SailPoint
• Experience using SailPoint as a provisioning engine
• PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (PingOne AIC) familiarity
• Experience working within cloud-based identity platforms
