Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a program coordinator to support the Internal Medicine Graduate Medical Education (GME) Residency Program at Rutgers University, overseeing administrative operations for approximately 120 residents. This role is responsible for processing verification requests, tracking and ensuring completion of required training and documentation for residents and fellows, and managing general program administrative tasks. The Program Coordinator also assists with residency recruitment during the fall, including coordinating and supporting virtual interviews via Zoom, and processes reimbursements and expenses through Concur while serving as a key administrative resource for residents, faculty, and program leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Concur (helps organizations manage travel, expenses, and invoices in a single, integrated system.)
Coming from a prior graduate medical education background
