Insight Global is seeking an Order Management System Integration Lead to support a major financial services client. This resource will serve as an Order Management System (OMS) subject matter expert supporting OMS migrations, trading operations, system integrations and data flows across the organization. The role involves building and maintaining OMS integrations, troubleshooting trade and data issues, and writing SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation. The individual will partner closely with trading, compliance, and technology teams to support onboarding of new trading workflows, migration from legacy OMS platforms, and ongoing modernization efforts. This work is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely trade execution, reporting, and end‑to‑end OMS connectivity across the firm. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Newark, NJ.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in investment management or trading technology, supporting OMS platforms and front‑to‑back trading workflows
Deep hands-on experience with Charles River IMS/OMS in a production trading environment
Hands-on experience with OMS system migrations and integrations
Strong SQL Server skills for trade analysis, troubleshooting, and data reconciliation
Experience integrating OMS platforms using APIs (REST/SOAP), FIX, and sFTP
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in Azure cloud environments
Programming experience with Python, Java, or C#
Familiarity with IAM / access management in regulated environments
