Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting technology governance, configuration management, and asset management initiatives across the organization. The individual will monitor CMDB and asset inventory health, identify data quality and compliance gaps, and work closely with technology teams to ensure records remain accurate, complete, and aligned with governance standards.
On a daily basis, the analyst will review governance dashboards and reporting, track remediation plans, facilitate governance meetings, and partner with technology owners, asset owners, and operational teams to resolve data quality and inventory issues. They will also help maintain reporting related to CMDB health, asset management, configuration item completeness, lifecycle compliance, and technology risk exposure.
Success in this role requires someone who can effectively bridge technology, governance, and operations by driving accountability, monitoring compliance, improving reporting, and ensuring technology asset information remains accurate and actionable across the enterprise.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ Years Experience working with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and/or IT Asset Management (ITAM) environments, including technology inventory management, data quality, and governance processes.
Strong understanding of hardware assets, software assets, configuration items (CIs), asset lifecycle management, and inventory accuracy.
Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk, or operational control programs within a technology organization.
Ability to create, modify, and analyze reports and dashboards using tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience building or enhancing Power BI dashboards and governance reporting.
Exposure to technology lifecycle management, including End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) tracking.
Experience supporting data quality, governance, audit, or compliance initiatives within large enterprise environments.
