Job Description

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Support the implementation of fixed income front office systems and tools, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Work with project manager and cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
3+ years of experience working at a buy-side Fixed Income or Front Office asset management firm
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and investment processes.
Strong with excel for data analysis
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and exploration
Strong understanding of fixed income products, including bonds, derivatives, and other related instruments
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
BS degree in computer science, math, finance, economics, or related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CFA, FRM, or related certifications a plus.
Experience with portfolio management systems (e.g., Aladdin or similar platforms).
Familiarity with data management tools and reporting systems in an asset management context.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting fixed income asset management.
