Job Description
We’re looking for a cloud‑native AWS database engineer to help automate, secure, and modernize database services in the cloud. This role focuses on Infrastructure as Code, automation, and developer self‑service—not legacy DBA work.
Build and manage AWS databases using Terraform & CloudFormation
Support Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, and DocumentDB
Develop automation using Python, AWS Lambda, and Step Functions
Automate database upgrades, patching, and self‑service capabilities
Enhance security-first cloud database architectures
Partner with Agile/Scrum teams in a large enterprise environment

Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years hands-on AWS experience (Aurora, Redshift, DocumentDB)
Terraform (required) + CloudFormation
Python for automation (Lambda preferred)
Experience with database performance, backup/recovery, HA
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Azure experience (Azure AD / IAM)
Microsoft Fabric
CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar)
