Job Description
We are seeking a nimble AWS Cloud Database Infrastructure as Code Developer to support the automation, security, and self‑service enablement of cloud databases for enterprise application teams. This role focuses on designing, provisioning, upgrading, and optimizing Amazon Redshift, Aurora PostgreSQL, and DocumentDB using Terraform and CloudFormation, with strong Python (Lambda/automation) skills. The ideal candidate is cloud‑first (not legacy‑centric), thinks on their feet, and has hands‑on experience improving database reliability, performance, security, and IAM integration across AWS and Azure environments (Azure AD/MS Fabric a strong plus). You’ll work within a Scrum team in a hybrid onsite model (3x/week), contributing to database upgrade automation, developer self‑service capabilities, and secure cloud infrastructure at scale. This is an 8‑month right‑to‑hire contract, interviewing ASAP, with a highly technical interview focused on real‑world problem solving and enterprise experience rather than years alone.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
