Insight Global is hiring an Administrative Coordinator at the Rutgers NJMS Department of Medicine. This role involves managing the Division Director’s and Physician schedules, supporting faculty and administrators, coordinating recruitment activities, handling HR and personnel processes, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The role blends calendar management, financial tracking, event coordination, and acting as the central liaison between the division and other Rutgers administrative units. Much of the day is spent organizing workflows, preparing documents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior administrative experience in a university, government agency, or large business office.
• Strong office management skills, including handling reports, documentation, and workflow organization.
• Proficiency in computer applications required by the department (MS Office, scheduling systems, Excel, PowerPoint, HR/finance platforms).
• Experience supporting leadership, such as directors, administrators, or faculty. **will also be interacting with physicians**
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and liaison abilities to work with multiple administrative units.
Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, timekeeping, and personnel documentation.
