Insight Global is hiring a Workday Test Lead for a global transformation project with one of its leading clients. The Workday Test Lead is responsible for overseeing all testing activities across the Workday program and serves as the senior testing authority for HCM, Recruiting and Payroll workstreams. This role owns the overall test strategy, test plan, and execution approach across System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and end‑to‑end testing phases. The Test Lead will manage and align multiple testing leaders, lead UAT kickoffs and defect triage sessions, maintain testing stories and reporting in Jira, and step in hands‑on when needed to keep execution moving.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of enterprise testing experience, including 3+ years leading Workday testing on large HR programs
Proven ownership of test strategy, test planning, and execution governance across SIT, UAT, and end‑to‑end testing
Strong experience leading testing for Workday HCM and Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
Advanced Jira skills, including creating test stories, running reports/dashboards, and managing defect lifecycle
Experience defining and overseeing a test automation strategy, even if not hands‑on with automation tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience testing Advanced Compensation and year‑end planning processes
Background supporting divestitures, carve‑outs, or large enterprise transformations
