Insight Global is hiring a Workday Analyst for a global transformation project with one of its leading clients. The Analyst will support the administration and execution of Talent and Compensation processes within Workday. Responsibilities include preparing and validating employee and compensation data, supporting year-end performance and compensation cycles, conducting data audits, performing system testing, resolving data discrepancies, generating reports, supporting goal planning activities, and partnering with HR stakeholders to execute operational workstreams. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment while following established processes and controls. This role is based in India.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience supporting Workday Talent Management, Compensation, HCM, or HR Operations.
Experience supporting year-end compensation, performance management, or goal-planning activities.
Strong reporting, data validation, auditing, and Excel skills.
Experience performing Workday testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
Ability to support multiple workstreams and execute against defined timelines.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting Advanced Compensation processes.
Experience working within a global shared-services environment.
Exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools.
