We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing a new onboarding experience for Workday and our Client. This role requires a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive configuration skills, the ability to calculate fields, and proficiency in dashboards and reporting.

Proven experience as a Workday Analyst or similar role, with a focus on configuration and implementation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform complex field calculations.
Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards and reports within Workday.
Experience with recruitment processes and integrating onboarding with prehire portals.
In-depth knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.
Experience working within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Project management experience and the ability to lead implementation
