The Project Manager for Margin Expansion will support strategic efficiency and cost‑optimization initiatives across the MAKE organization. This role focuses on driving improvement projects within supply chain, logistics, transportation, planning, and distribution operations, with a strong emphasis on identifying margin opportunities, optimizing transportation modes, and improving end‑to‑end supply chain connectivity. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational expertise, cross‑functional leadership, and strategic problem‑solving to support enterprise‑level transformation efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, or distribution environments.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain flows, transportation modes, routing, and connectivity within a global network.
Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner across Operations, Planning, Finance, IT, and leadership teams.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) and MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
