Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Project Coordinator/Data Analyst to support a global pharmaceutical client. The Project Coordinator must have strong Excel-based data management experience to assist a global divestiture program. In this role, you will help manage project activities while serving as a key partner for organizing and maintaining cross‑functional data. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include updating project plans, tracking risks/issues, preparing weekly dashboards, and coordinating with stakeholders across HR, Contracts, and multiple global regions. You will also consolidate and validate Excel datasets, maintain the master “source of truth” tracking document, identify inconsistencies or data gaps, and ensure all updates are captured accurately and on time. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across several workstreams while supporting project managers with clean, reliable data and timely project reporting. This is a remote role and interested candidates must be based in the LATAM region.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Data Analyst role within enterprise environments
Advanced Microsoft Excel background: large datasets, pivots, formulas, data validation, high-volume data entry, data sorting/sifting
Microsoft Project experience (tracking timelines, risks, issues)
Experience working with enterprise functions such as HR, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, etc.
Proven ability to consolidate, cleanse, and reconcile data from multiple sources
Strong attention to detail; ability to track dependencies, updates, and timeline accuracy
Excellent communicator; comfortable working cross‑functionally and globally
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to manage and maintain a single “source of truth” tracking document for multiple stakeholders
Collaborative mindset; able to work with teams across several regions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to Power BI for basic reporting or dashboards
Prior experience supporting large transformation programs in the life sciences space
