Position Summary:
The Workday Integration Tester will focus on testing Workday to ServiceNow integrations and ServiceNow to Workday, ensuring successful migration and system functionality. This organization is going through a Salesforce to ServiceNow migration. The role involves working closely with business process owners and supporting the integration testing phases to ensure a smooth go-live in October 2025 and support afterwards.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct integration testing for Workday to ServiceNow and ServiceNow to Workday.
• Collaborate with business process owners and other stakeholders.
• Perform configuration and support for system enhancements.
• Manage testing phases including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing).
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
• Validate the system functionality against business requirements.
• Ensure end-users can perform their tasks using the new system.
• Identify and resolve any issues before the system goes live.
• Conduct testing in lower tenant environments to ensure accuracy.
• System Integration Testing (SIT):
• Test the integration points between Workday and ServiceNow.
• Verify data flow and system interactions.
• Ensure all integrated components work seamlessly together.
• Perform thorough testing to identify and fix any defects.
• Ensure test scenarios and scripts are comprehensive and accurate.
• Support system stabilization and address any defects post-go-live.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow Integrations, API, and Webservices for testing and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations and testing.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience in lower tenant testing environments (UAT, SIT).
• Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow Integrations, API, and Webservices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills.
